Jim was born and raised in Easton, graduated from Easton High School, Penn State University undergrad, and University of Toledo Law School.
In 1977, Jim joined the Law Firm of Peters, Moritz & Peischl and has been a member of the firm ever since.
Jim served as the solicitor to the zoning hearing boards of a number of municipalities in Northampton County.
He is a Past President of the Northampton County Bar Association and has served on the Board of Directors of the Northampton County Bar and as the Chair of numerous committees of the Bar Association. Jim has also served on many local civic boards and in various capacities with many local organizations.
Jim lives in Nazareth with his wife, Kathy and has one son, Jimmy. Jim enjoys hunting and fishing and all that the great outdoors has to offer. He is also an avid Penn State sports fan and is an avid wine connoisseur.
