Brooklyn native, Gary A. Brienza began his legal career clerking for the Honorable William F. Moran of the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, after graduating from The Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University in 1987 . Thereafter, Gary became an associate and soon after partner in the law firm of Snyder, Dimmich & Guldin and its successor firm of Dimmich, Guldin, Dinkelacker & Brienza where he remained until joining Peters, Moritz, Peischl, Zulick, Landes & Brienza LLP in 2007.

Gary has been an adjunct professor during his legal career. He has taught numerous courses at Lehigh Carbon Community College, Moravian College and Northampton Community College. All of the courses have been in either the paralegal program or the business department. Since 2013, he has taught exclusively at Northampton Community College teaching Business Law, Hospitality Law, Law for First Responders and Legal Writing.
Gary’s practice has and continues to be based in general civil litigation with a focus on personal injury, business collection, contracts and other related business matters including formation and dissolution of businesses entities and insurance defense.
Gary has been the Solicitor for both the Upper Saucon Township Municipal Authority and the Upper Saucon Sewage Treatment Authority since 1994 and served as the Solicitor for the Nazareth Area School District since 2007.
Gary lives in Bethlehem Township with his wife and their two children. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, cooking, watching the New York Yankees, Giants, Islanders and Knicks, and exercising.
